But, with millennials now being the largest generation in the workforce things are getting more serious; companies now have to deal with job-hoppers who aren’t afraid or hesitant to switch jobs if they can get better pay or benefits.

Most tech companies offer their employees the whole nine yards when it comes to medical benefits.
